Project Manager

Our Project Managers are the leaders on the job site and need to be detail oriented leaders whose focus is finishing jobs safely while staying on time and on budget. They coordinate the on-site teams to get jobs done in a clean and professional manner that meets specific company standards, and ensures the job is completed on time and on budget. This role will have supervisory responsibilities, so setting and holding standards at each job will be critical. This individual must also possess excellent communication skills with customers and be able to handle and resolve disputes if they arise. This role reports to the Production Manager, and the hours for the role are M-F 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, occasional Saturdays. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will be as follows:

Customer Service

• Management Manage the overall job quality to ensure its completed on time, on budget, and the customer is completely satisfied
• Communicate customer needs/job specific challenges to field crews at each job
• Maintain open communication with customers to inform them of job progress, delays, uncovered issues, etc.

Pre-Construction

• Review Job folder to make sure all paperwork is complete
• Review start/end dates for upcoming jobs are correct and accurate.
• Communicate changes to sales, production manager, and the customer
• Ensures file has before photos and accurate measurements
• Assists in Firewall process to make sure job information is complete and accurate

Jobs In Progress

• Orders all materials and dumpsters and coordinates pick up and location with vendor and customer
• Performs site evaluation and layout of home, along with excavation plan
• Ensures scheduling and completion of necessary inspections
• Handle site walkthroughs with customers, at least once at mid project and again at job completion
• Handles routine Additional Work Orders, ability to communicate with sales for follow up on larger Additional Work Orders

Job Profitability

• Review jobs twice a month to make sure profitability goals are being met, and inform company leadership if job costs need adjusted
• Ensure payments are collected at each job

• High School or Equivalent (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
