Project Description
Woods Roofing, Inc. replaced the current shingles with new Malarkey Highlander asphalt shingles in the trendy color midnight black. We also installed new OSB sheathing over the existing spaced decking to bring the roof up to code and meet the manufacturer’s requirements for warranty. Part of the project entailed cutting back the rake edges and taping and putting new drip edge on the two rubber roof areas. New white 5" seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4 downspouts were also installed to update the look on this adorable home in Sioux Falls, SD.
